This advertising agency funded that company in which he was a director in the period after the creation of the 2014 film “Cochadaiyan”. The Bench of Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice R Bhanumathi remarked, “We do not like those people who mess with the order of the court.”
The Supreme Court ordered Rajanikant’s wife Lata Rajinikanth to face the trial. Fraud, bribery and thugs trial will run on them. The Supreme Court, overturning the decision of canceling the Karnataka High Court, said that the High Court should not have canceled the case by saying the same in the first round that this case is not fraud or fraud, but breach is in agreement. Now FIR will be investigated again and chargesheet will be filed again.
In the previous hearing, the Supreme Court rebuked the film star Rajinikanth’s wife. The Supreme Court had warned either the ad bureau company should pay a loan of Rs 6.2 crore or be ready to face the trial. The court had said that on July 10, tell whether or not to pay the money. The court had said that why the loan amount was not paid when the order was given. On April 16, the Supreme Court had asked actor Rajnikanth’s wife Lata Rajinikanth to give the company 6.2 million rupees to the firm named Ad Factor in 12 weeks.
In February, the Supreme Court had said that if the company of Tamil Megastar Rajinikanth’s wife, One Global Entertainment did not pay the money then Rajinikanth’s wife Lata would have to pay the money. In fact, the petition said that Lata had made fake certificate in the case of telecast rights of ‘Cochadaiyan’ film. In this case FIR will be lodged against them. The company also said in the petition that Lata had taken 10 crores and sold the rights to the film to any other company.
