SHANGHAI: One report reveals that China can become the world’s largest 5G market by 2025. There is currently 43 million 5G connections in China, which is one-third of the world’s total connection.
According to a joint report released on Friday by the Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA) and Global TD-LTE Initiative (GTI), all three mobile operators in China are currently conducting 5G trials under their multi-year plan, Development involves network strategy. It has been emphasized in the report that China’s pre-commercial and commercial launch in terms of base stations will be the largest in the world.
GSMA Director General Matt Granridge said that China’s leading role in 5G is rapidly supported by the government’s activism in structural changes.
