The Uttar Pradesh government has sent a proposal to the Central Government recommending the election of Lok Sabha, Assembly, Panchayat and Municipal bodies together on the basis of ‘One Nation-One Election’. If the Central Government implements this proposal then the assembly elections in 23 states will also be held in 2019 Lok Sabha elections. It is recommended that if the situation in the Lok Sabha or assembly elections in any state is created, then this election will be for the remaining period and not for five years.
The Chief Minister had constituted a Committee under the chairmanship of Health Minister Siddhartha Nath Singh. The committee has said in its recommendation that all the states in which the elections are to be held by December 31, 2021, the assembly elections will be made only with the 2019 Lok Sabha. In doing so, some states will have to decrease the timing of the assembly and some will have to grow in some. There are 23 such states in which elections are to be held before December 31, 2021.

Apart from this, increasing the duration of assembly of those states where elections are to be held after December 31, 2021, there is a suggestion for holding assembly elections in the year 2024 with the Lok Sabha. Elections to be held in these states by December 31, 2021: Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Asom, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Jammu-Kashmir, Jharkhand, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Delhi, Odisha, Puducherry, Rajasthan , Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura and West Bengal.
UK arrangement for non-confidence motion
If the Lok Sabha or Vidhan Sabha is dissolved in the middle then such rules have been studied in some countries. The UK’s motion of motion has been mentioned in the process. Election dates in the UK are already prescribed. It is necessary to pass a resolution with a two-thirds majority in Parliament before holding elections prior to the scheduled date in Britain. If the non-confidence motion is passed and within 14 days the alternative government is not able to be made then the elections can be held between the two. At the same time, Germany has also mentioned the arrangement. Where with a motion of no confidence, it is necessary to pass the confidence motion for the new government. It is mandatory for anyone to believe that the Chancellor should be removed through the motion of disbelief and the other person should be made a Chancellor.
