In the investigation of the police, it has been found that the accused youth somehow used to collect important information related to the customers of various banks. Then calling to different customers started working to give them attractive offers. Speaking to the customer, he used to call himself the staff of the concerned bank. During the conversation, he only asked them for his card number. As soon as the card was found, he used to register his phone number in the bank’s server instead of the customer’s phone number so that the OTP of the respective card could come on his phone.
